WHAT IS THE LAS CRUCES SHOWCASE OF HOMES?
The Las Cruces Showcase of Homes is an annual event hosted by the New Mexico Construction Alliance, presented by Citizen’s Bank, featuring newly built homes by local builders. It gives visitors the opportunity to tour homes, explore design trends, and connect with builders and industry professionals.
HOW DO I TOUR THE HOMES?
Participants can tour the home at their own pace during both weekends of the Showcase. You can tour the homes in any order while the homes are open each weekend. There are no appointments needed and no fees involved.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO ATTEND THE SHOWCASE OF HOMES?
No! This is an event free to the public- don’t forget to bring a friend!
WHAT ARE THE DATES AND TIMES OF THE LAS CRUCES SHOWCASE OF HOMES?
May 30-31 and June 6-7.
Saturdays- 10:00am-4:00pm
Sundays- 12:00om-4:00pm
HOW CAN I VOTE FOR THE PEOPLE’S CHOICE?
Information on People’s Choice voting will be made available at each home.

There are 18 Homes located throughout the city of Las Cruces and surrounding areas. A map and list of participating homes are available on our website that can be toured during the event. Click HERE to view the Map.

The Showcase publication can be picked up at 2825 N. Main and Citizen Bank Locations across Las Cruces
